I've always been told that I'm "fearless" with my jumping, or, as some put it, "an idiot." However, it is just that I know what my body can do! That is what parkour means to me; Using your body to its best ability.
To be honest though, parkour allows you to utilise the full capacity of your body, for free movement. It shows how the limits we place on ourselves can be overcome, through perseverance.

ReplyDeleteAlthough I don't participate in the sport, I've done a few feats that have had others wondering how it happened.
ReplyDeleteIt's like the high I would get off of making a 93 foot put when golfing. Very addicting and dangerous. I'll follow your blog.
Parkour is a great way to get exercise... unfortunately I usually overestimate my skill and doing something stupid.... my left elbow confirms this.
